Cépages was founded in Tokyo in 2012 by Yves Ringler as a premium on-trade distributor initially focusing on wines from Southern France. Over the years, Cépages has built a very solid, high-quality network of on-trade customers in the premium gastronomy segment.

Since joining Elan Group in 2023, Cépages has embarked on an ambitious development plan, expanding its portfolio to new origins (Italy, Bordeaux Grands Crus Classés, New World wines, spirits) and strengthening its sales and marketing teams. Cépages has been successfully integrated into Elan Group, sharing the same business model and vision.
